Two well appointed 1 bed apartments on the waterfront with superb views across to Fowey.
The first - The Penthouse - has harbour views and beautiful porthole views across the river. The second - Riverview Apartment - has a balcony leading from the sitting room with views up river.
Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, kitchenette area and sitting room with colour TV. A single bed can be put into the lounge for a child/teenager by arrangement - please call for details. If you wish, breakfast can be provided by arrangement at additional cost. Minimum 2 night stay.
Guests are welcome to use the patio, garden area and conservatory, all having panoramic views of the harbour, and direct access to the water and beach.
The property is situated on the waterside and is accessed by a flight of steps down to the entrance. There is access to boat mooring and at low tide there is access to the beach.
The owners live on-site and you are assured of a warm welcome.
WALKING: From the Tourist Information Centre in Fowey catch the foot ferry to Polruan. Walk uphill from the ferry to the telephone box and turn right past Crumpets and the Russell Inn. There is a sign on the right to Polmarine
BY CAR: Turn off the A38 at Dobwalls onto the A390 heading towards Lostwithiel. At East Taphouse turn left on the B3359 signed Looe. After 6 miles turn right signed Bodinnick/Lanreath. At Lanteglos Highway turn left at the telephone box signed Polruan. Walk down the hill to the telephone box and turn left. Follow the directions above.
By mainland train to Liskeard then 20 minute taxi journey. Alternatively mainland train to Par then regular bus service to Fowey. Foot ferry to Polruan.
