The Garden Flat forms the ground floor of the main building and has it's own separate entrance. It sleeps 2 and comprises of a kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with TV and DVD. French doors lead onto the patio with superb views of the estuary. The bedroom has two 3ft divan beds and there is a modern bathroom with shower, WC and pedestal basin.
Linen, gas central heating and electricity are included. Please note, there are steep steps to the flat which may not be suitable for the elderly.

BY CAR: From mini-roundabout on the outskirts of Fowey take the A3082 to town centre. Take the first exit at the second mini-roundabout and the first exit at the next. Proceed downhill until reaching a right hand bend signed main car park. Turn left into Lostwithiel Street and continue downhill until almost at the bottom then turn right into the Esplanade.
Mainline train to Par station and regular bus service to Fowey.
