Marners Rock No 1

Marners Rock No 1 is a 1 bedroomed apartment located on the ground floor of a late Victorian end of terrace townhouse situated  just above the centre of the historic town of Fowey.

The apartment sleeps 2,  is very spacious and luxuriously fitted to provide a very cosy and romantic space.  No detail was overlooked in the interior design to make this unique.   It caters fully for the needs of a modern day traveller.

The apartment has a connecting door linking it to the apartment above,  No 2 Marners Rock. Together with No 2,  the whole house can accommodate up to 8 people.

The two apartments combined provide two separate living rooms and two kitchens. Together with the luxurious bedrooms, the house provides the perfect and unique holiday accommodation for two families or intergenerational groups travelling together but with the ability to provide separate and private areas. 

Marners Rock No 2

Marners Rock No 2 is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment situated  on first and second floor of a late Victorian end of terrace town house situated just above the centre of the historic town of Fowey.  The views from this apartment are quite unique and offer a rare chance to look over Fowey, it’s history, the river and beyond to Polruan. The apartment is recently refurbished to provide a very luxurious and comfortable space for families and groups. Attention to detail has ensured the historic character of the building is preserved and enhanced whilst meeting the more contemporary needs of traveller’s today.

This apartment links to the apartment below, Marners Rock No1,  via a connecting door found on the ground floor.  Together with No1 the house in total can accommodate 8 people.  The two apartments combined provide two living spaces and two kitchens and together with the various bedrooms provide the perfect accommodation for two families or intergenerational groups.

Marners Rock No 3

Marners Rock No 3 is a 3-bedroom luxurious apartment that can sleep up to 6.  It is located at the end of Esplanade about half a mile from the centre of Fowey overlooking the mouth of the Fowey estuary.  The principal room of this lovely apartment is the large kitchen and living room, exquisitely furnished providing from every angle beautiful views of the river, over to Polruan and out to sea. In summer you can relax on the private terrace and in winter you can sit cosily inside and watch the weather and seafarers come and go.  The bedrooms to the back of the apartment do not disappoint and are equally beautifully designed and finished to cater for your every need.  Readymoney Beach is a short stroll from the apartment.
