Formerly a 19th Century coaching inn, the Safe Harbour is a traditional pub which respects the character and history of the building while offering refurbished contemporary and comfortable bedrooms. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Fowey, the Safe Harbour enjoys views over the town and river. Conveniently situated for many stunning coastal walks, with local gardens and attractions within easy reach. Road Directions
WALKING: From the Tourist Information Centre bear right. With the church on the right, walk past the railings and turn right at the butcher's shop, following the footpath through the churchyard. Keep to the left of the building at the centre and walk up Browns Hill. The Safe Harbour Inn is immediately at the top.
BY CAR: From the mini roundabout on the outskitrs of town follow A3082 signed Fowey. At the second mini-roundabout take the first exit, then the first exit at the third mini-roundabout. Follow the road downhill until reaching a right hand bend signed Fowey main car park. Turn left at the bend to go down into Lostwithiel Street. The Safe Harbour Inn is on the left.
