The Trilateral 40 is back in 2024!
40km of mixed terrain taking in some iconic Cornish landmarks as you go, starting at St.Fimbarrus Church in Fowey. 3 legs to contend with...
1. Fowey to Helman Tor – Follow the Saints Way North along 16km of trail and country lane up to one of the highest pints in Cornwall.
2. Helman Tor to Gribben Head – Follow the Saints Way south west and veer off towards Gribben head for another 18km of trail, country lane & coastpath.
3. Gribben Head to Fowey – 6km of undulating coastpath from east back to your finish point at Fowey.
40km, 3 feed stations, self navigation, (you will be issued with a map and GPS tracker) with 8 hours to complete.
Mandatory kit list to be carried on the day.
All participants must be 18 years of age or above, further detail will be posted on our website and facebook page, final race detail will be posted closer to race day:)
